Battery Powered Lights
Battery Powered Lights: There are times when it will be difficult to access a source of mains power and our battery operated lights with high powered LED bulbs offer an ideal solution. We offer as standard a single light option or a 4-light option but can develop a bespoke solution for your particular requirements. All options use the high powered 4W LED MR16 bulbs giving light roughly equivalent to a 35W halogen spotlight bulb.
The "kit" comes with a battery charger and are designed to run for 12 hours continuously allowing re-charge overnight for use the following day.
The 4-Light Battery Kit: The 4-Light Battery Kit includes a powerful 16AH Lead-Acid rechargeable battery, 4 lights (any spotlight from our low voltage ranges) terminating in bulldog clips to attach to the batteries extended terminals, 4 x 4W LED MR16 bulbs and a recharger with mains plug and bull dog clips. We can also supply a CC1 reuseable carry case to transport the lights and recharger but the battery is too big and heavy to fit into the case
Single Light Battery Kit: The Single Light Battery Kit provides a 4AH lead acid battery, single light from our low-voltage range of spotlight, a 4W MR16 bulb and a battery recharger
4-Light Battery (BAT4): The 4-Light Battery is a 16 Amp-Hour. 12V lead acid battery giving a rated output which should drive 4 x 4W lights for 12 hours. With the BAT4R recharger this can be recharged ready for using again the next day.

Lights: All our low voltage lights (excluding the Phoebe) can be used with the battery powered system. The technical details and design are identical to the low-voltage lights except that each light power lead terminates in 2 bulldog clips for attaching to the extended battery terminals. Bulbs for Battery Kits: The battery powered range uses the 4W MR16 (G5.3)LED bulb, available in warm white (burning at 3000K) or Day Light (burning at 6500K) with a rated life of 30,000 hours. The bulbs have a 30 degree beam angle, ideal for exhibition and display work.
