Daisy Chain - Mains Lighting System
The Daisy Chain exhibition lighting systems are designed to easily link multiple plug in spotlights back to a single mains plug. Each system starts from the mains plug with a starter cable and an extension cable links each light to the next light in the chain. Extension cables come in 1M, 2M, 3M, and 5M lengths as standard.
The cables are linked together using a male-female lock-in plug which is held securely in place with an integral hook and eye system to prevent accidental disconnection, whilst allowing easy dismantling.
We can supply all our mains lights with daisy-chain terminals usually on a half meter cable from the back of the light.
Each Daisy Chain exhibition lighting system is designed for a maximum 2200 Watt of lights per mains plug.
D03 Starter - 4.5Metre cable from mains plug to Male plug
D1, D2, D3, D5 Extension - 1m, 2m, 3m and 5m extension cables, one female socket and two male plugs. One male has a 0.2m lead, the other has a 1m, 2m, 3m or 5m lead (as ordered)
D11, D12, D13, D15 Link - 1m, 2m, 3m or 5m link cable female socket to male plug
D0 Divider - Female socket to 2 male plugs each with 0.5M leads
The light - You can choose any of our mains lights, or low-voltage lights with in-line transformers to fit on the daisy chain system. Each light is supplied with a 0.5m lead terminating in a female socket to lock into a mail extension cable. The light shown is the 200W Europa halogen floodlight
